Two Day Series: Making cookie ornaments {Part 1}

This year I am making special gifts for my son to give to his classmates during their Christmas party.  I thought I would share with you how to make these precious cookie ornaments so you could do the same!  They are inexpensive, fun, AND best of all, they are COOKIES!!!

This is a pretty in-depth project, so I broke it into two parts, baking and decorating.  I'll post part-two tomorrow.  So, don't be afraid!  Get out the old recipe box, dust off your favorite cookie recipe and give it a shot.  If you don't like your recipe, use my gingerbread recipe!  Good luck and happy baking =)

  7. You are so darn cute and I love your accent. I could listen to you talk all day. Great job on the video. I never thought of using a piping tip for the hole. I've only ever used a straw. Great ideas as usual! :)
