Luke 2:10-11 (King James Version)
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.

Thank you! Loved this post this morning....I can't pick a favorite. I loved the beer cookies (anything with booze will be a fav!) but.....the santa in the chimney? No other person will have a cookie like that!
ReplyDeleteGlad your holidays went well.....no family present for ours (too stretched out!) but lots and lots of good friends!
Happy New Year, Callye!
Happy holidays Callye!
ReplyDeleteYou make really pretty cookies! Your work is an inspiration to beginners like me. =) I love that your icing have different textures depending on the design. I just have one question...do you recommend flooding the cookie first before the outline or the outline first before flooding? I just noticed that you kind of do both... =) And I love both effects. I guess I'm just confused on how to do it right. =)
So you used a a cross cookie cutter for "stuck Santa" ? Love it! Merry Christmas, chickadee and a happy new year, too!
ReplyDeleteCallye,
ReplyDeleteYour cookies and imagination amaze me!!! I LOVE how you can look at a cookie cutter and see several different and creative uses for it.... makes me feel not so guilty about buying them now :) .... I am so happy I stumbled across your work. Keep up the GREAT and inspiring work.... YOU ROCK !!!!
Callye,
ReplyDeleteLove the Chimney Santas and the rectangular Rudolfs. Your vision is remarkable! You see things in such creative ways. Whenever I make cookies, I ask, "What would SSB do?" You got Martha beat in my book!
